We bring our 8 months old Shih Tzu to Pet Express SM North Edsa Carpark Branch to have a complete grooming but since there is a long wait list we leave him for day care taking the chance to have a basic grooming if time will permit, upon returning after 2hrs, our baby is wet all over his face and the skin in the forehead is red. Our baby is also very thirsty and hungry, we leave the food and water for our baby so that the daycare will give it to him. These where not the case when we leave our baby last time to other day care place. Will never come back again here.

- update for new location in Interior zone. You can pick and drop your dogs/cats for grooming or orders online without worrying you might cause some traffic.

They don't accept reservation, but one can observe many come in and given immediate accommodation for their dogs. That's how how pet express work...
Megamall branch - groomer Julan was very efficient and knowledgeable. Gave advice on my puppy's first cut. They promised to have it done in 2 hrs, but only after just a bit more than an hour, they texted me to inform that grooming for my little Mr Mallow is done- and done wonderfully😄

They do help anytime you ask, I often buy my pets toys, clothes and otger necessities here. Friendly people, and they have a grooming area now.
You can find many of your pet needs here. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is one of the bigger pet express stores, I appreciate the variety. There is also a decent amount of taxis and cars outside. Only trouble is finding how to get there! SM North is confusing.
Very accessible and much larger now, Pet Express has lots of choices for your pets. There's ice cream, cakes, treats, accessories and other pet stuff.
